Case Manager

The Case Manager position coordinates and supervises court ordered visits for children, transports children and biological parents to necessary appointments and visits and facilitates educational classes. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and supervise visits for parents and children in the Child Welfare Program and documents the same .
  • Train in and facilitate Educational Classes 
  • Transports clients and children to various appointments 
  • Performs other special assignments at supervisor’s request. 


Employment Qualifications:


  • Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field (Preferred) 
  • A minimum of one year experience working with children and families (Preferred) 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

  • Ability and willingness to transport clients within a large geographic area. 
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.

  • Ability to manage and organize schedules. 

  • Efficient in time management and multi-tasking. 

  • Ability to relate to diverse populations and cultures while communicating with clients in a courteous and effective manner both orally and in writing.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Proficient in related computer applications including Microsoft Office. 

  • Ability to document client contacts.
